Plain terms for a plain service.

rkstr is an operating platform for a company: its projects, people, money, documents and approvals in one workspace, with agents that do the routine inside their rules and people who decide the exceptions.

This site describes the platform. Use of the platform itself is governed by the agreement each company signs with rkstr; where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins.

An account on the platform belongs to a named person inside a company. The company decides who gets one and what each person may see; the person keeps their sign-in to themselves.

A company may close an account at any time. Closing it ends the access, not the record: what that person did stays in the audit trail.

Use the platform for your own company’s work. Do not try to reach another company’s data, another person’s records, or the inside of the service. Do not put in anything you have no right to hold.

An agent writes the routine its rules cover — booked, logged, reversible. Anything new, unusual or above a limit goes to a named person. The company sets the rules and the limits, and the decisions on the exceptions are the company’s, made by its people.

When these terms change, the date above changes with them, and companies on the platform are told before the change takes effect.
