An agent writes only the routine its rules cover — booked, logged, reversible. Anything new, unusual or above a limit goes to a named person.

Who asked, what the agent read, what it wrote and why, who decided the exception. One trail, kept.
Backups, hour by hour
Hourly, daily, weekly and monthly backups to a separate store; restore to any point in time.
Stop any agent in one move
Every agent can be paused or stopped at once, by a person, without touching the rest.

When a company leaves, its data goes with it, and the copies go too.
